D8056: Improve usability of "Open With" dialog by adding option to filter the application tree

  I'm super excited to see this happening. Fantastic work, @simgunz, and thanks as always for your incredibly thorough review prowess, @rkflx. I'm planning to feature this in the coming Sunday's Usability & Productivity post as it it not only a //serious// improvement to both, but it should also look really, really good in animated gif form. :)
