REVISION SUMMARY
  Adds move semantics support and a testcase (only useful in callgrind).
  Right now there are 0 uses of these semantics.

TEST PLAN
  Relevant tests (udsentrytest and kfileitemtest) pass.
  Dolphin compiles and runs just fine with it.
