D17558: Fix XDGForeign Client header installs

REVISION SUMMARY
  XdgForeign.h contains the public classes that a client could use.
  Xdgforeign_v2 is entirely internal.
  
  Technically this is arguably API break, but every single class exported
  in the installed header isn't exported.
  
  It won't cause an issue.
