REVISION SUMMARY
  This ensures that when e.g. `~/Desktop` is read-only that also files in `desktop:/` are trated read-only

TEST PLAN
  - Made my `~/Desktop` folder read-only, now `desktop:/` would also find it's read-only and disable Cut, Rename, Trash, etc
