Why not KITEMVIEWS_DEPRECATED_EXPORT?

While being defined as `KITEMVIEWS_EXPORT KITEMVIEWS_DEPRECATED`, so effectively the same, I wonder about consistent usage of the macros, and if there is areason not to use this special one?
