REVISION SUMMARY
  for consistency, when IconApplet calls this method it shouldn't use
  a readonly lineedit, but a QLabel.

TEST PLAN
  locally hacked tests/kpropertiesdialogtest.cpp to add a call to
  setFileNameReadOnly(true)
