D8824: port from deprecated KAuthorized::authorizeKAction to authorizeAction

REVISION SUMMARY
  authorizeKAction is internally calling authorizeAction, so simply switch
  the function calls to the new name
  
  fixes excessive deprecation warnings getting raised
