REVISION SUMMARY
  If https://phabricator.kde.org/D7424 goes in, we'll have to update the default colors in KConfigWidgets. This does that.

TEST PLAN
  Compiled and deployed in KDE Neon, then ran a bunch of programs. Could not see any differences.
