Unusual CMake installation error

Hi all,

On the Windows CI i'm currently seeing a weird installation error
message with kdelibs4support:

CMake Error at src/cmake_install.cmake:264 (file):
  file RELATIVE_PATH must be passed a full path to the file:
  searched_dir-NOTFOUND

Any ideas?

Looks to me like it's trying to install files for something which
isn't installed on the CI system?
