D5200: [Calendar] Shrink and elide week names like is done with day delegate

  I don't get why Qt shows such long names although we use `Locale.ShortFormat` (also doesn't make a difference whether I used `dayName` or `standaloneDayName` (which we probably should have been using to begin with)
