python bindings

Hi,

I see that 5.31.0 marked the introduction of python bindings. That's nice (once you figure out how to get them to build) but does that mean there will be no standalone py-kde project like there was for KDE4? IOW, building the bindings and for what python version is something that will have to be taken care of when the individual frameworks are built?
