REVISION SUMMARY
  CMP0053 specifies that:
  
  - Expansion of ``@VAR@`` reference syntax defined by the ``configure_file()`` and ``string(CONFIGURE)`` commands is no longer performed in other contexts.
  
  replace it with the $ variable syntax.
