D4937: Add KFileWidget::setSelectedUrl()

REVISION SUMMARY
  It turns out that setSelection() cannot take both relative paths (filenames)
  and absolute URLs as input. "a:b" can be both, and URLs for files called "a#b"
  were handled wrongly.
