REVISION SUMMARY
  some kded modules can only run in one platform,
  especially only xcb or only wayland. this
  makes kded support the X-KDE-OnlyShowOnQtPlatforms
  entry in the desktop file

TEST PLAN
  touchpad and keyboard kdeds not loaded in wayland
