REVISION SUMMARY
  Also clean them up a bit and drop the "smooth" dance as it doesn't make a difference with QtQuick 2.

TEST PLAN
  Had those patches flying around for ages. Still working, might make them a bit smoother.
  
  Didn't bother with the Pressed/RelesedAnimations as they aren't used anywhere in p-w/p-d/kdeplasma-addons
