  Access to the internal global static is provided by the already available
  method Solid::Networking::notifier().

TEST PLAN
  - unix: compiled and verified with networkingservice/networkingclient test apps
  - Window: compiled, but not tested because the kded5 module registered by networkingservice is not visible in org.kde.kded5
