Sounds good.
In the top-level CMakeLists.txt maybe:
if(WIN32)
set(DBUS_LIBEXECDIR)
else()
set(DBUS_LIBEXECDIR ${KDE_INSTALL_FULL_LIBEXECDIR}/kf5/)
endif()
... and then use that everywhere needed.
