Hi,

Would anyone else be interested in (working on) a QtHelp KIO slave that works on all the main platforms (or at least *n*x and Mac)?

I've given the feasibility of this a very little bit of thought because I don't really know where to start. I'd think the man:/ slave is probably among the closest existing slaves (in purpose and what it has to work with) while KDevelop's QtHelp plugin has implementations for most of the other functionality.
That plugin's configuration options should be sufficient (a single central .qch repository, by default Qt's plus a list of user-selected .qch files), but where would the GUI go if it has to be cross-platform?

Not to kick in another door I already opened... : https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=387891

R.
