D7378: Add setFocusProxy() for KPasswordLineEdit

REVISION SUMMARY
  KPasswordDialog no longer starts with focus, because KPasswordLineEdit is not a QLineEdit. Adding a focus proxy resolves the issue.
  
  Regression reported on reddit.
