D7289: Rewrite the email syntax definition

REVISION SUMMARY
  - no more hardcoded colors, which makes the source view in KMail a lot more pleasant to look at
  - reduced the regexp usage in favor of keyword lists and string matching
  - focus on highlighting headers and try to stay out of the body, we can't sensibly deal with typically encodings there anyway
