I am confused because I cannot reproduce the problem described in https://git.reviewboard.kde.org/r/128630/ in the first place, this without the patch
Changed the "small icon size" to 22, and dolphin still shows an unblurred icon. 
Changed scale factor to 2 and other things, still no luck. Am I missing something ?
