No and that sounds curious. KDED's CMakeLists.txt sets:

set(CMAKECONFIG_INSTALL_DIR "${KDE_INSTALL_CMAKEPACKAGEDIR}/KDED")

and the CMake files are installed in the correct directory :
# ls cmake/KDED 
KDEDConfig.cmake  KDEDConfigVersion.cmake  KDEDTargets.cmake  KDEDTargets-
debug.cmake
