LGTM.

Have we considered the implications of using such themes? Won't it make these themes unusable on applications that aren't using KIconThemes with incompatible color schemes?

    We will need that and expose it properly, as we'll have to request the icon cache to clean if it's one of such icon themes, then force re-rendering.
