Currently the file src/core/upload.cpp is under a LGPL-2 only license, and
shipping the corresponding full license is required.
(The COPYING.LIB is a copy of the LGPL-2.1, that doesn't apply to this file)

Another possible solution would be to relicense the mentioned file, if 
that's possible, please discard this change.
