I see. So, the next try:

qdbus org.kde.internal.KSettingsWidget_kcm_kio /KIO/Scheduler
Error: org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.UnknownObject
No such object path '/KIO/Scheduler'

Although I could not find a specific setting of the KCM servicename, I checked that this is the right servicename by checking that it is only registered when the KCM is open.
