+1 on moving it from me. I don't think anyone will mind as it's a development tool.
However, please don't rename the executable. It's nice that the executable already is namespaced for KF6 (may that be long in the future), and makes it easy to find if someone wasn't using CMake.
Also, please don't forget a Changelog: entry on the commit message.
Otherwise looks fine to me, but I'd prefer someone to check off the CMake part.
