"telepathy-qt4 telepathy-qt4-0.8 latest-qt4" farstream (formerly farsight) depends

This will not build. Despite the "optional" tag configure fails with this 
missing depend.

I have installed every version of farstream available in Utopic 14.10  and 
still no go. I am wondering if it is the name change? maybe? Thoughts? 
Ideas?
