KDEPIM new KDE Jenkins CI help please

kdepim fails on my new ci.

qt 5.4.1 is brought in :
00:18:08 ==== qt5 - Branch 5.4.1
and my google searches tell me that is where it is suppose to reside?
Hints.. thoughts?
