OSX/CI: phonon fails to INSTALL on branch master

as Harald could not reproduce this on Linux I wondered what I could do to diagnose this
issue further. Well - since I had no other ideas - I just tried installing once again and
see:
IT INSTALLED FINE AFTER ALL !!!
(The current log is attached.)
What could have been going on there? Perhaps some destination issue? Any hints for me?
