KF5 Update Meeting Minutes 2014~w21

Hello everybody,

This is the minutes of the Week 21 KF5 meeting. As usual it has been held
on #kde-devel at 4pm CEST time.

Were present: sebas, notmart, tosky, mgraesslin, agateau, teo, alexmerry , 
PovAddict, teo and afiestas.

mgraesslin:
  Trying to fix a problem in Qt5 with the low level usage of xcb/XLib.
  Patch can be found at: https://codereview.qt-project.org/#change,85654
  Also, if the patch is not accepted or it is delayed we have to find a
  workaround, our QPT sounds ilke the best worse place.

  XFlush is not being called either, applications and frameworks using it
  shall call it themselves or port to xcb.

agateau:
  Documented how l10n work in the wiki:
  https://community.kde.org/Frameworks/Frameworks_Localization_Policy
  Improved unittest for po handling in ecm
  Fixed a bg in string extration for qt-translated frameworks in l10n-kf5
  Improving kgenapidox to make it easier for developers to generate their api

teo:
  In talks and evaluating how HighDPI support will be handled in the future.
  
alexmerry:
  Cleanups and reviews on his frameworks (done with kimageformats)
  Some RR for kdesignerplugin
  
ervin:
  Spending time in the endless discussion of release cycle
  
afiestas:
  Solid/Power api and upower backend.
  
tosky:
  Bufgixes in kdoctools
