Frameworks with ecm_add_test failing to configure with cmake

Hello

With extra-cmake-modules master the frameworks that uses ecm_add_tests
are failing to configure..

For example,

karchive. (not tested with others as my system can't even first package)

-- Performing Test COMPILER_HAS_HIDDEN_INLINE_VISIBILITY - Success
-- Performing Test COMPILER_HAS_DEPRECATED_ATTR
-- Performing Test COMPILER_HAS_DEPRECATED_ATTR - Success
CMake Error at autotests/CMakeLists.txt:20 (target_compile_definitions):
  Cannot specify compile definitions for target "karchive-deprecatedtest"
  which is not built by this project.


CMake Error at autotests/CMakeLists.txt:21 (target_link_libraries):
  Cannot specify link libraries for target "karchive-kfiltertest" which is
  not built by this project.


-- Configuring incomplete, errors occurred!
