Description

When generating headers, ecm_generate_headers only looks on CMAKE_CURRENT_SOURCE_DIR.

This patch makes it also look in CMAKE_CURRENT_BINARY_DIR before throwing an error.
This way, generated headers (e.g: kcfg files) don't have to be treated manually.
