These fake MIME types cause warnings when running update-mime-database.

I would also add a porting notes entry under "KDECore changes" advising to change uri/foo -> x-scheme-handler/foo, all/allfiles -> application/octet-stream, & all/all -> application/octet-stream+inode/directory.
