Default emoticons theme

I had an idea!  "Glass", since they look shiny.  I tried searching for
"glass" via GHNS in the emoticons kcm, and the only thing that came up
was one called "TheGlassy!".

I'll go for this if no-one objects at the meeting this afternoon.
