Updated Inqlude with data of Alpha 2 release

I updated Inqlude with the Alpha 2 data of all frameworks. Find a list at

    http://inqlude.org/groups/kde-frameworks.html

The data is generated from the READMEs from the git repositories plus some 
generic data like download URLs.

Please let me know, if you find any issues.
