kprintutils - next steps

This has been done, all frameworks code as built by kdesrc-build has
had the dependency removed.

Alex, if you have that git magic I'd appreciate your doing it, I have
no clue what to do :-)  I'm not sure whether we should put it back
into kde4support/src/kdeui where it originally came from or
kde4support/src/kprintutils?
