Inline deprecated KUser::fullName() method


Use KCOREADDONS_NO_DEPRECATED instead of KDE_NO_DEPRECATED

KCOREADDONS_NO_DEPRECATED is the macro controlled by
generate_export_header; KDE_NO_DEPRECATED is left over from kdelibs.
