Description

KDirWatch is stopped prior to a delete operation and restarted once it is complete but if it fails for some reason, KDirWatch does not get restarted.

Steps to reproduce
================

1. `$ touch foo`
2. `# chattr +i foo`
3. Try to delete the file using dolphin
4. KDirWatch is stopped and therefore the file listing does not get updated until you either press F5 or go to a new url
