Relicensing parts of kglobalacceld

Hey guys,

we're in the process of moving kglobalacceld as part of the kglobalaccel
framework.
The framework is licensed under LGPLv2.1+ and the runtime daemon was
licensed
under LGPLv2+ so it got relicensed to LGPLv2.1+.

But one file, the main.cpp, is still LGPLv2 and you're the copyright
holders.
May I have your permission to relicense this one file to LGPLv2.1+ [1]?

Also CC'ing the kde-frameworks-devel for public archiving purposes, please
keep that
in the CC (or answer there directly).
