Add templates for subdirs as well. Based on feedback when devs where confused how to generate the target export files (needed CMake commands are in src/CMakeLists.txt).

The template actually can actually be built and installed now, which is helpful to make sure it is still valid.

This patch adds a template/ dir which contains example CMakeLists.txt and FooBarConfig.cmake.in files, based on what exists in current frameworks.
