This contradicts "use KDECMakeSettings.cmake in gammaray if you want automatic 
RPATH handling" as you told me some time ago.

In other words, these things are convenience on top of cmake, not only useful
for KF5.

Oh. But see, I wouldn't have guessed that, since KF5 did it differently.
More consistency is good.

Anyway, we're nitpicking on syntax, no big deal either way.
