according to the wiki, the K<Level>Addons have the requirement to depend
only on Q<Level>, but not K<Level-1>Addons. to me this seems totally
unreasonable - see for example KImageCache. it's almost as if QtGui was
not permitted to depend on QtCore ...
cutting deps is good practice, but not if it makes you violate other
aspects of good practice.
