Qt5 is required

If you are starting from scratch, just pass " --branch dev" to git checkout. 
Wiki is updated.

To re-use an existing qt5.git clone, just check out the "dev" branch and do 
"git submodule update". It will leave submodules in a "detached HEAD" state, 
but you'll have the dev branch checked out and ready to build it.
