Please update extra-cmake-modules, kdelibs (and plasma-frameworks)

This came from renaming a couple of cmake variables to CamelCase. While 
building, I encountered a bunch of missing KAuth_INCLUDE_DIRS, and the likes, 
and fixed them.

It builds on my machine now.
