Shouldn't the buildbot use its own results, i.e. compile Qt, then 
kdesupport, then kdelibs, etc. while always installing and using the 
builds? This would cause higher stacks to fail when changes at a lower 
place are not compatible (which is good, because we want to fix them).

At least that's what my local buildbot does for KDE 4, haven't yet the 
space to also compile Qt 5 + KF5.
