I agree, it's the right time to make this cleaner.

I disagree with a "frameworks" version. In 2 years, how will we distinguish 
which version of KF5 that is? 

The version should be 5.0, instead (matching "@since" tags and .so version 
numbers).

Or maybe 4.9.90 for now, if you want.
