If you built Qt from git, maybe the webkit build failed. I had the same error 
yesterday, when building a clean Qt, and it turned out that QtWebKit needs 
ruby and gperf installed now, after installing it, qtwebkit builds fine, and 
the Qt5WebKitWidgetsConfig.cmake was there.

Try running qmake in the qtwebkit subdirectory, that should show you the 
error.
