Install all includes in a KF5 dir. This is the first step to implement the header policy discussed on kde-frameworks-devel.

Removed install dir, then rebuilt kdelibs, kactivities, kde-runtime, plasma-framework, kde-workspace, libnm-qt and plasma-nm
