[Important] Breaking change - Changing framworks lib and package names

Final notice: it's done.

We hit couple bumps, but all affected builds are green, plasma-shell starts
and works as before. Konsole and Kate are done too.

Please clean up your build *and* install dirs.

For easier porting, use Aurelien's
plasma-framework/tools/kf5-lib-prefix-rename - copy it to the repo you want
to change and then just execute (it's in python).
