I don't think anyone said you behaved badly. But it's clear there's a 
communication issue at play, and having the parties taking time to discuss 
more gives a chance to solve it. That's exactly what I had in mind when I said 
that you two should discuss more...

Unfortunately it looks like it's not going to happen for the time being. We'll 
have to cope with that for the time being hopefully with a team effort as I 
tried to advocate.

Thanks for all the work done so far anyway, I hope you'll feel at home here 
again at some point in the future.
